Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes and quality control **POSITION SUMMARY** Responsible for leading, planning, and supervising the technical design and execution of photovoltaic and electrical projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, applicable regulations, and the organization's strategic objectives. Acts as the technical liaison among engineering, installation, procurement, logistics, and project management departments, ensuring efficient integration of all solar system components. Also responsible for coordinating the technical handover of construction work, supported by documented and photographic evidence verifying compliance with scope, specifications, and established quality criteria. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development for low- and medium-voltage photovoltaic solar systems, energy storage systems, and electrical systems. * Validate site studies, irradiation analysis, system sizing, and equipment selection according to technical and economic criteria. * Supervise preparation of drawings, technical reports, single-line diagrams, and installation specifications. * Manage review and approval of technical deliverables at each project phase. * Ensure compliance with local regulations (CRE, CFE, NOM) and international standards (IEC, IEEE, UL). * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for technical solution integration, delivery tracking, and incident resolution. * Support preparation of budgets, schedules, and technical risk matrices. * Participate in site visits, installation validations, and commissioning tests. * Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes, documentation, and quality control. * Lead and coordinate the project team in technical design and sizing of final proposals, ensuring feasibility, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client and organizational objectives. *Location: Residency in Mérida, Yucatán is mandatory, or willingness to relocate.* Salary: Up to $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Project leadership: 1 year (Mandatory) * Photovoltaic systems: 1 year (Desirable) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
