Job Offer An important company is looking for a Collection Manager to join our dynamic and highly motivated team of professionals. As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for managing and efficiently overseeing our collection processes, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments. Main responsibilities: * Manage and administer the collection portfolio, tracking overdue payments and supervising the proper application of received payments. * Effectively and professionally contact delinquent customers, using negotiation and persuasion strategies to reach payment agreements. * Investigate and resolve disputes and issues related to payments, always maintaining clear and concise communication with customers and involved internal departments. * Accurately and promptly maintain and update collection records using our collection management system. * Regularly report the progress and results of the collection portfolio to the supervisor or manager in charge. Requirements: * Experience in customer service and motorcycle handling. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
