**Infosys –– Developer** * In the role of Salesforce Developer, understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases. * Manages tasks and projects in a fast\-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. * Develops scalable and maintainable Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder. * Collaborates with business analysts, QA teams, and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver high\-quality solutions. * Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. * Writes clean, efficient, and well\-documented code while adhering to organizational and platform best practices. * Assists in unit testing and debugging, resolving technical issues in coordination with the development and QA teams. * Stays updated on Salesforce platform releases and applies new features where appropriate to improve solution efficiency. * Participates in Agile ceremonies and contributes to sprint deliverables by effectively managing tasks and meeting deadlines. * Supports deployment activities and assists in troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments. * Collaborates with the team to ensure proper documentation, version control, and technical knowledge sharing. Locations for this position are **Mexico (Monterrey, Mexico City \& Guadalajara)**. Qualifications Basic* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 3\-4\+ years related experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Cloud implementations (i.e. Sales, Service, Experience etc.) * Mandatory Skillsets: * Experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services. * Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations. * Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers to implement complex business requirements. * Has experience in the Salesforce domain and have a deep understanding of the Salesforce sales Cloud \& communities’ solutions. * Should be Salesforce Certified Other Relevant Experience* Proficient in English communication * Experience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies. * Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment * Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
