Purpose of the position: Ensure correct and timely execution of advertising projects through efficient coordination of personnel, resources, materials, timelines, and customer service, guaranteeing service quality and company profitability. Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate daily activities for advertising projects. * Supervise operational staff and assign tasks. * Verify availability and efficient use of materials. * Coordinate with suppliers and logistics. * Coordinate promoters, brand ambassadors, and other staff. * Coordinate advertising activities at points of sale. * Serve as direct liaison between the client and internal departments. * Resolve operational incidents. * Provide follow-up, requirements, reporting, and service closure. * Prepare progress, cost, incident, and results reports. * Comply with company procedures and policies. * Coordinate schedules, roles, and performance of assigned personnel. Academic Qualifications: \- Bachelor’s degree, incomplete or completed, in administrative or related fields. Required Experience: \- Two years in similar positions. \- Experience in advertising, marketing, or event production. \- Personnel management experience. \- Fieldwork experience. \- Valid driver’s license.
