Position Summary: Provide operational support for IT and Telecommunications equipment by handling work orders to prevent incidents and maintain service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support for IT and Telecommunications equipment operations 2. Resolution of physical issues in IT equipment and structured cabling 3.
