Key Responsibilities: * Lead development of high\-quality, scalable features while mentoring junior and mid\-level developers and ensuring adherence to SDLC standards and best practices. * Own code quality through solution design participation, rigorous testing, integration validation, and comprehensive code reviews. * Serve as the technical escalation point, resolving complex issues and unblocking the team to keep projects on track. * Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, and timelines through stand\-ups, Jira, and Slack. * Take full ownership of assigned features, delivering release\-ready work on time with a deep understanding of application architecture and dependencies. * Drive continuous improvement through process, design, and documentation enhancements, contributing to long\-term scalability and team effectiveness. **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in software development. * Proficiency in Python and experience building APIs and backend services. * Experience with REST API integrations; familiarity with SOAP is a plus. * Understanding of object\-oriented programming principles. * Exposure to or interest in serverless architecture and frameworks (e.g., Serverless Framework). * Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, and SQS. * Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum experience is a plus). * Strong time management and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Comfortable receiving feedback and open to continuous growth.
