Job stability and professional development JOIN THE MACSTORE TEAM At MacStore, an Apple Premium Reseller (APR) and authorized Apple partner, we seek a Technical Support professional passionate about technology and customer service. We offer continuous training, Apple certification, and real career growth within a leading company in Latin America. What Will You Do? Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Diagnose, attend to, and deliver customized solutions for devices. Track completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet departmental metrics and performance indicators. What Are We Looking For In You? High school diploma or completed technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. Experience in customer service and client support. Reside near the work location. Full-time availability.
