Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring contractual compliance across a group of customers, overseeing procurement, customer relationships, tracking, expansion, and material development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead contractual compliance and oversight of key customers 2. Manage end-to-end customer relationships and expand the portfolio 3. Oversee procurement, material development, and employee performance Accountable for the performance of all contractual compliance activities within a specific group of customers (programs). Execute and oversee the following areas: procurement, customer relationship management, tracking, expansion of the product basket or number of parts sold to the customer, material development, auditing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee performance.
