Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer/Technician to provide remote and on-site technical support, with experience in hardware/software installation and maintenance, network configuration, and security. Proficiency in operating systems, applications, and security. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Technical Diploma in Systems, or Computer Science **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in remote and/or on-site support **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling **(preferred)** · Active Directory account, domain, and VPN connection protocols and configuration **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of structured cabling infrastructure projects (training for new hires) **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) · Ongoing training · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary · Travel allowances for local and out-of-town assignments · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Apply now and attach your CV!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 – $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
