Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle inventory control and administration, expense and reimbursement management, and fixed asset handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory management and document control 2. Expense administration and reimbursement processing 3. Fixed asset management and internal control **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * Age: 23 or older * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: Minimum 6 months in similar positions * Inventory control and administration **Required Technical Skills:** * Accounting analysis capability * Document control * Database management * Typing proficiency and accuracy (50 words per minute) * Expense and reimbursement control and analysis * ERP system experience (Epicor) **Responsibilities:** * Invoice entry into the system * Tracking invoices until payment * Managing files and invoices * Document control and validation * Verification and validation of goods receipts and shipments * Internal control * Fixed asset administration **We Offer:** * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Grocery allowance * Statutory benefits from day one Mixed shift.
