Focus on efficiency and quality in material procurement. **POSITION PROFILE** **PURCHASER WITH CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Education:** Engineering **Field of Study:** Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture **Experience:** 2 years **Gender:** Unrestricted **Age:** 25 years old **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND/OR ACTIVITIES** * Research, evaluation, and quotation of materials from various suppliers * Analyze and compare supplier quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure optimal quality\-to\-price ratio. * Manage and appropriately track purchase orders placed * Submit weekly reports on payments made during the week * Submit daily purchase reports * Track deliveries and manage incidents * Ensure materials are purchased at the right time, according to specifications and at competitive prices. **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report generation. * Ability to negotiate prices and terms * Problem-solving skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000\.00 \- $6,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
