Support for cycle counts and area improvements **Job Objective / Job Description:** Manage the warehouse in accordance with established guidelines to ensure its reliability. Perform timely and accurate receiving and shipping to customers. Execute truthful transactions aligned with the assigned tasks. **Experience and Essential Requirements / Education and Work Experience** * Psychomotor skills (smooth movement of hands, arms, and legs; good vision; good auditory capacity). * Ability to perform mathematical operations. * One year of work experience. * Completed secondary education. * **Forklift operation (stand-up and sit-down), Jack Pallet.** * Scanner usage * Teamwork * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 **Job Responsibilities / Responsibilities:** * Receiving materials (raw materials and finished goods), ensuring received items match documentation. * Review system after raw material trailer unloading, validating correct material scanning. * Proper storage of materials (both physical and system). * Preparation of shipments (in accordance with FIFO). * Loading shipments, ensuring no physical/system discrepancies exist. * Request missing materials for shipment to Plant 1 (as applicable). * Support for cycle counts. * Promote, encourage, and supervise order, discipline, and cleanliness in the warehouse. * Report any material damage for repackaging/disposal. * Complete inspection checklist for used forklifts. * Propose improvement ideas for own work area. * Report any safety hazards, whether related to equipment or work area. * Knowledge of customer requirements. * Directly supply production when required (cover Material Handler position).
