Bilingual Logistics Dispatcher. **Join our team!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the daily assignment of transport routes and units from operators to the U.S. * Track **trips, delivery times, and unit returns**. * **Prepare and verify trip documentation (bills of lading, manifests, shipping orders, etc.)**. * Monitor units in transit in real time and track incidents. * Maintain constant communication with operators, supervisors, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries. * Report any delays, deviations, or events affecting operations. * Assist in entering information into internal traffic or TMS systems. * Ensure compliance with safety policies and current transportation regulations. * Archive and organize documentation for audits and internal controls. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in **logistics coordination or international dispatch**. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business, or related field. * **Intermediate-advanced English** (spoken and written, mandatory). * Knowledge of **international transportation documentation**. * Proficiency in **Excel and logistics systems**. * **Flexible schedule availability**, as required by operations. * Proactive. * Responsible. * Leadership ability to manage personnel. * Effective communication skills.
