




Description and details of activities * Manage official social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, among others. * Ensure that published content is consistent with the organization's identity, tone, and objectives. * Propose creative ideas for visual and audiovisual posts that generate engagement. * Collaborate with the design team in producing graphic materials or videos. * Constantly monitor interactions across all social platforms. * Respond to direct messages, comments, and mentions promptly and appropriately, maintaining a professional, empathetic tone aligned with the organization’s values. * Use analytics tools to monitor post and campaign results. * Measure indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, clicks, conversions, and hashtag performance. * Participate in planning meetings to ensure proper alignment between digital campaigns and institutional initiatives. * Request and follow up on visual or informational materials needed for publications and events. * Ensure proper dissemination of fundraising campaigns, events, calls, and key activities. * Provide clear, complete, and useful information addressing the needs and concerns of the digital community. * Immediately escalate complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate departments. * Encourage participation through interactive activities, polls, questions, calls to action, and engaging content. * Monitor community trends and language to adapt content strategy. Experience and requirements * Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media and/or digital marketing. * Knowledge of social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc. * Creativity, strong spelling, and writing skills. * Ability to analyze metrics and results. * Basic knowledge of image and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and Premiere desirable.
