Job Description and Responsibilities **Purpose of the Position:** Provide production staff support by resolving questions, interpreting drawings, and timely escalation of issues to ensure effective solutions are implemented to achieve operational objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Provide production-related question support * Resolve issues related to assembly and manufacturing processes * Develop visual aids for production * Generate requests for manufacturing new or replacement parts Experience and Requirements **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production areas. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics. **Skills** * Problem solving. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and activity tracking. * Proactive attitude and results orientation.
