




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide executive and administrative support, facilitating decision-making and operational efficiency. Executive Assistant Job Objective: To provide executive and administrative support to the General Management, ensuring proper agenda management, agreement follow-up, meeting coordination, and organization of key information to facilitate decision-making and operational efficiency. Job Description: We seek an organized, discreet, proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility to directly support the General Management. Responsibilities include coordinating executive activities, tracking internal commitments, preparing relevant information, and maintaining effective communication across various company departments. Main Responsibilities: - Manage the General Management’s executive calendar. - Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and internal or external conferences. - Prepare minutes including agreements, responsible parties, and commitment dates. - Follow up on pending items, tasks, and interdepartmental commitments. - Organize business trips, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. - Prepare reports, documents, and materials requested by General Management. - Coordinate logistics for meetings and special activities. - Monitor schedules and activities of security personnel. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Support communication between General Management, internal departments, and external contacts. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant to senior executives. - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, Business Management, or related field. - Excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in executive calendar management, minutes preparation, report generation, and agreement follow-up. - Proficiency in office tools, email, digital calendars, and Drive. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Availability, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
