Description

Job Summary: Responsible for manufacturing and repairing fixtures and dies, as well as general precision machining and blueprint interpretation. Key Highlights: 1. Manufacturing and repair of fixtures and dies for production. 2. Precision machining (lathe, milling machine, grinder, EDM machine). 3. Knowledge of IATF-16949, ISO 14001, and AS9100 Aerospace standards. Description and details of responsibilities Responsible for manufacturing and repairing fixtures and dies required by production departments. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manufacture all types of fixtures for production machines according to drawings, using required equipment. * Read and interpret all types of engineering drawings. * Repair precision progressive dies. * Perform general precision machining: lathe, milling machine, grinder, EDM (electrical discharge machining). * Interpret blueprints; resolve stamping-related issues; manufacture and adjust dimensions of cutting dies. * Use measuring instruments and perform heat treatment of steels. Experience and requirements **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Technical vocational education required. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tool Maker. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and geometric tolerances; knowledge and skills to operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and measuring equipment. * Depending on assigned duties, knowledge of IATF\-16949, ISO 14001, and AS9100 Aerospace standards is required.
