




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and coordinate import and export activities, ensuring customs compliance and proper material classification. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end import and export management 2. Coordination with suppliers and customers 3. Annex 24 system administration Description and details of responsibilities 1\. Preparation and review of import and export invoices 2\. Compliance with all customs requirements before and after clearance. 3\. Ensuring correct material classification. 4\. Review and authorization of customs entry forms (pedimentos). 5\. Administration of catalog information in Annex 24 systems. 6\. Coordination with suppliers/customers; preparation of internal and external reports Experience and Requirements * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience with any Annex 24 system. * Knowledge of the IMMEX Program, CIVA, CTPAT, etc. * Experience handling customs documentation and procedures. * Ability to work under pressure. * Knowledge of import and export processes. * Experience in the maquiladora sector. * Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
