We invite you to join our team as **Building Maintenance Assistant** and contribute to our company's ongoing success! **What will you do?** * Perform store infrastructure tasks (roofs, civil works, painting, ceilings, correcting unsafe conditions, etc.). * Carry out technical work related to electromechanical equipment, components, and installations. * Repair drainage systems including grease traps, minor repairs. * Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Address corrective maintenance reports. Experience and requirements **What do you need?** * High school or technical degree. * Knowledge of electromechanics, plumbing, electricity, and civil construction. * Understanding of electrical and hydro-sanitary installations. * Painting, metalwork, general repairs. * Schedule Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch break). * Alternate on-call duty every three Sundays.
