JOB REQUIREMENTS * Mechanical engineering, electronics, materials science * 3 years of experience in process quality control within manufacturing, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar managerial role. * Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure; meticulous and detail-oriented. * Proficiency in quality control tools, including SPC, FMEA, MSA, and other quality tools. * Knowledge of ISO 9001/16949 standards and other quality management systems. * Understanding of production process workflows; ability to identify key quality control points and establish control standards. * Proficiency in office software. * Problem solving * Team management * Communication and coordination JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Establishment and implementation of the quality management system * Develop and optimize process quality control procedures (POE) and inspection standards (CCI/CPI/CFC) to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and Mexican manufacturing quality specifications. * Supervise implementation of the quality management system, conduct periodic internal audits, follow up on non-conformities, and promote continuous system optimization. Collaborate with customer audits and third-party certification audits, prepare relevant quality documentation, and implement corrective requirements. * Process quality supervision and problem management * Lead the establishment and supervision of key quality control points (KCCPs) in the production process, periodically inspect the quality status of each production line, and promptly identify potential risks. Organize management of process quality anomalies (e.g., batch defects, rework, and repair), use tools such as the 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams to analyze root causes, develop corrective/preventive actions, and supervise and verify their effectiveness. Statistically analyze quality data (defect rate, scrap rate, customer complaint rate, etc.), generate quality reports, report to management, and propose improvement suggestions. * Quality team management and training: Lead the team of process quality engineers and inspectors, define responsibilities and job objectives, and organize performance evaluations and skill enhancement activities. Develop quality training plans, deliver quality awareness training for new employees, inspection skills training, and training on application of quality tools (e.g., SPC and FMEA). Foster a quality culture and promote enterprise-wide participation in quality improvement activities (e.g., QCC teams). * Cross-departmental collaboration and customer communication: Collaborate with the production department to optimize production processes and improve quality stability, and participate in quality assessments during trial production of new production lines/new products. Cooperate with the R&D department to perform product design verification and post-process-improvement quality verification. Establish contact with customers’ quality departments, manage customer complaints and feedback regarding quality, provide corrective action reports, and follow up on implementation. * Maintain quality control equipment to ensure proper operation and calibration. Participate in supplier quality control, assist the Internal Quality Control (IQC) department in managing incoming material quality issues, and promote supplier quality improvement.
