




Job Summary: Mechanical engineer responsible for part management, technical documentation, and process improvement, communicating with customers to resolve technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities Responsible for mechanical part management, including BOM preparation and part number creation, packaging design, and project status tracking; evaluation and approval of samples, as well as tooling control and management; preparation and release of technical documentation (specifications, EO, RoHS, and approval forms), MRB handling, and approval of alternative parts; proposal of cost-reduction improvements under a DFM approach, and communication with customers to resolve mechanical technical issues. Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and over 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in consumer electronics; proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and 3D software (Pro/E or SolidWorks), as well as English language skills; knowledge of mold design and manufacturing, 3D printing, machining, component fabrication processes, material properties, and surface treatments; experience in mass production, certification, quality control, and product and process optimization to achieve low cost, high quality, and durability, with an analytical mindset, accountability, and teamwork skills.
