




Description and details of activities **Job Description: Sales Executive – Computer System for Foreign Trade (Annex 24\)** We are seeking a **Sales Executive** with experience in marketing technological solutions focused on **foreign trade companies**, specialized in the promotion and sale of systems related to **compliance with Annex 24**. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, advising companies on inventory control optimization, and closing sales of the system according to current SAT regulations. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Client prospecting and development** * Identify and contact IMMEX companies, maquiladoras, and organizations with foreign trade operations. * Create and maintain an active portfolio of prospects. * Conduct needs analysis to recommend the appropriate solution. **2\. System presentation and demonstration** * Deliver professional system presentations to directors, managers, and foreign trade officers. * Clearly explain how Annex 24 works and how the system supports regulatory compliance. * Prepare customized proposals based on the client's operations. **3\. Sales process management** * Continuously follow up with prospects until closure. * Negotiate commercial terms within established margins. * Record activities and opportunities in CRM; submit weekly reports. **4\. Specialized advisory** * Guide clients on regulations related to inventories, customs entries, and unloading for Annex 24\. * Answer questions and coordinate requirements with the technical team when necessary. **5\. After-sales and customer relationship** * Ensure a smooth transition to the implementation team. * Maintain long-term relationships, promoting additional services and renewals. Experience and requirements **Job Requirements** **Experience** * Minimum **2 years** selling software, computer systems, or B2B technological solutions. * Experience selling to **IMMEX companies, maquiladoras, or foreign trade businesses**. * Knowledge of operations related to **Annex 24** (highly desirable). * **Required:** Having stayed **at least 3 years** in a previous position with the same employer (proven job stability). **Technical Knowledge** * General knowledge of inventory systems and/or ERP. * Basic understanding of customs entries, unloading, customs regulations, IMMEX, and SAT. * General understanding of import and export processes. * Proficiency with CRM, office tools, and presentation platforms. **Skills** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. * Timely follow-up and closing skills. * Results-oriented with goal achievement focus. * Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (field and remote). **Education** * Preferably a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, Computer Systems, or related fields. **Personal Competencies** * Proactive and service-oriented. * Confidence in speaking and professional handling of objections. * Ethics, responsibility, and professionalism. * Ability to work under pressure and target-driven environments.
