Training programs and benefits exceeding legal requirements. **At Ruba, we do not only build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **PROJECT ENGINEER AND ENGINEERING SPECIALIST** Design, planning, and supervision of hydraulic installation works, grading, platforms, achieving optimal cost-benefit ratio through sound project performance aligned with specifications of each department, thereby ensuring satisfaction for both customers and the company. **Responsibilities:** * Design functional projects according to the specific needs of each residential development to ensure required infrastructure. * Safeguard our customers’ assets by identifying and anticipating adverse conditions that may arise within each residential development. * Consistently seek balance between company interests and the unique requirements of each development, ensuring mutual satisfaction (company and customer) with the final product. Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position * Experience in boundary surveying * Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, Sanitary, Potable Water, Platform, Earthwork, and Pavement Engineering * Experience in earthwork analysis * Preparation and review of descriptive project reports for housing developments * Ongoing technical support to contractors during execution of works * Basic knowledge in geotechnical engineering * Knowledge of authorization procedures with relevant government agencies * Proficiency in Auto\-Cad and Civil Cad software We Offer: * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and career growth * Training programs
