




**Accounts Receivable Officer** At **Pescadería Sinaloa**, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented **Accounts Receivable Officer**. This person will manage and supervise the customer portfolio, ensuring control, recording, and collection of payments, as well as maintaining **courteous, clear, and effective communication with customers** to ensure strong business relationships and an efficient collections process. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and follow up on the company's accounts receivable. * Control and analysis of portfolio balances and aging. * Issuance, review, and control of invoices. * Bank reconciliations and recording of payments in the system. * **Direct communication with customers regarding payment management, clarifications, and invoice follow-up.** * Preparation of financial and administrative reports for the department. * Coordination with accounting and sales departments. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (graduated or near completion). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a similar position (accounts receivable, accounting, or finance). * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of **electronic invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting**. * Experience with accounting systems (CONTPAQi, SAE, Aspel, Odoo) is desirable. * **Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.** * Organized, responsible individual with a results-driven attitude.
