**OPERATIONAL SUPPORT ANALYST FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS** At Diseños Técnicos de Infraestructura, we seek a professional responsible for technical aeronautical and non-aeronautical communication to ensure the safe and efficient coordination of all activities related to the contractor’s work within the Airport’s Airside Operations Area, as well as supervision and monitoring of the movement of all vehicles and equipment associated with work conducted in the movement area; prioritizing operational safety above any production objective. **Work Location:** Guadalajara International Airport and/or Tijuana International Airport. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical degree in Aircraft Operations Officer / Aircraft Dispatcher. * Valid Aircraft Operations Officer license. * Minimum 3 years of active license experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in airport operations (excluding airlines). * Experience in MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul). * RTAR language proficiency Level 1. * Willingness and availability to travel. * Intermediate technical aviation English is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Reading (decoding) of NOTAMs. * Aeronautical phraseology. * Ground movement regulations on the airport apron. **Skills:** * Oral and written communication. * Vehicle operation. * Active listening. **Job Responsibilities:** * Communicate with the airport’s air traffic entities using current and appropriate aeronautical phraseology to coordinate activities that may involve any type of contact—fixed or sporadic—with the airport’s movement area or any other airport area potentially impacting aircraft operational safety. * Conduct necessary communications with all stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient coordination of all activities carried out by the contractor within the Airside Operations Area (AOA). * Familiarize oneself with the airport’s Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP), particularly section AD2, where duties will be performed. * Daily monitor mechanical condition and lighting status of vehicles, equipment, and machinery prior to entry into and during their presence in the AOA. * Appropriately guide all contractor-provided vehicles and equipment requiring transit through the airport’s movement area or any other area deemed potentially hazardous. * Daily verify NOTAM validity before initiating or coordinating any activity. * Continuously monitor aeronautical and non-aeronautical frequencies to respond promptly to any request and maintain situational awareness throughout the work shift. * Support the CSO in analyzing any planned or emergent contractor activity for hazard identification purposes. * Timely identify signs of fatigue in any construction personnel and immediately report them to the designated CSO for immediate action. * Promptly activate the established communication protocol upon learning of any incident, accident, or unsafe event, and report it to the airport’s Occurrence Reporting System within no more than 24 hours—whether occurring in the work area or elsewhere within the AOA. * Mandatory reporting of all identified and witnessed unsafe events and their consequences to the airport’s Occurrence Reporting System within no more than 24 hours after occurrence. Mandatory reporting to the Occurrence Reporting System of all identified hazards that the contractor has not addressed within 24 hours—maximum reporting timeframe is 48 hours following identification. * All our recruitment processes are impartial.
