A leading Civil Association in Pediatric Oncological Treatment for over 20 consecutive years is seeking a **"Sales and Customer Service Executive"**—don’t miss this opportunity to join this great family and give hope of life.
**Responsibilities**
* Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with business leaders, social leaders, industrial chambers, and corporate social responsibility committees.
* Participate in planning and executing strategies and campaigns to attract prospects, donors, and sponsors.
* Organize presentations, guided tours, and events that promote corporate support for the Pediatric Oncology Center (COP).
* Develop value propositions tailored to each segment to attract new sponsors to the Sponsorship Program.
* Follow up with and retain donor companies through impact reports, recognition activities, and institutional visits.
* Track and update the database of prospects and donors.
Experience and Requirements
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and Canva.
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
* Experience in sales, customer service, and telephone etiquette.
* Cold calling prospecting.
* Corporate sales, institutional relations, or business development experience.
