




Position Summary: Coordinate, administer, and support the company's managerial, administrative, and operational activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages scheduling, internal and external communications, and event logistics. 2. Prepares reports, presentations, and documents, and coordinates travel. 3. Supports procurement, expense control and invoicing, and administrative projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the executive's schedule, meetings, and appointments. Answer calls, emails, and handle internal and external communications. Prepare reports, presentations, quotations, minutes, and various documents. Coordinate travel, reservations, and logistics for internal events. Organize and safeguard physical and digital documentation. Follow up on tasks assigned by management. Support procurement activities, basic expense control, and invoicing. Handle correspondence and courier services. Support administrative and operational projects as required by the department. REQUIREMENTS: Proactive Strong verbal communication skills Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. WE OFFER: Biweekly salary.
