**Location:**
* **Base Location:** Monterrey.
* **Coverage Area:** Nuevo León, Coahuila, and Chihuahua.
**Position Objective:**
Manage and close sales of **large-scale corporate solar projects** through tender processes, with project values ranging from **MXN $3 million to $15 million**, ensuring achievement of commercial targets and growth of strategic accounts.
**Reports to:** **Director**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct market mapping and identify business opportunities in solar energy projects.
* Initiate conversations and build commercial relationships with corporate clients.
* Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for solar projects.
* Lead and participate in tender processes.
* Close high-value solar project sales.
* Provide post-sales follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage strategic accounts with a focus on growth and retention.
* Travel regularly within the assigned region for client meetings, negotiations, and dinners.
**Operational Details:**
* **Base Location:** Monterrey.
* **Coverage Area:** Nuevo León, Coahuila, and Chihuahua.
* **Work Mode:** On-site.
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
* **Work Dynamics:** Includes client meetings and dinners.
* **Key Challenges:** High competition, self-management, frequent travel, and strategic account growth.
**Required Profile:**
* **Experience: 8–10 years** in **industrial technical sales**. Experience with industrial equipment, motors, machinery, steel or structural sales. International German brand experience (e.g., Koch) is desirable.
* Ideally **over 45 years old**, due to the required level of professional maturity.
* Strong strategic negotiation and project closing capabilities.
* Excellent verbal communication and ability to build long-term relationships.
* Knowledge of tender processes and corporate sales.
* A university degree is preferred (not mandatory depending on experience).
* Language: Spanish.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Base Salary: **MXN $35,000 net per month**.
* Commissions: **Fixed 3% on sales**.
