




XPERT HUNTERS MÉXICO, a firm specialized in executive talent acquisition, is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** for an automotive sector company with over **17 years of experience**, dedicated to providing specialized services to the government sector. The position targets a profile with solid operational experience and strategic vision, capable of strengthening human capital management and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. **General Information** * **Location:** Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco, Mexico City * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday) * **Salary:** $16,000 net monthly + Statutory Benefits **Position Objective** To ensure efficient and comprehensive management of Human Resources processes, guaranteeing timely recruitment, proper personnel administration, and compliance with current labor regulations, thereby contributing to organizational strengthening and business operational continuity. **Main ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Selection** * End-to-end management of operational and technical vacancies (gasoline/diesel mechanics, drivers, warehouse staff, among others). * Development and maintenance of active talent pools. * Monitoring of key performance indicators: time-to-fill, turnover, and hiring effectiveness. **Personnel Administration** * Payroll control and validation, attendance records, and personnel files in accordance with the Federal Labor Law and IMSS guidelines. * Direct personnel support, labor relations management, and application of disciplinary measures with professional and humane judgment. * Support in improving workplace climate and internal communication. **Regulatory Compliance** * Oversight of compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and safety guidelines. * Participation in internal audits and continuous improvement of Human Resources processes. **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in Human Resources roles with an operational focus. * Preferred experience in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing sectors. **Technical Knowledge:** * Labor legislation (Federal Labor Law). * IMSS, payroll, and administrative personnel control. * General Human Resources processes. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication and conflict management. * Organization, judgment, and results orientation. **We Offer** * Direct participation in strategic decision-making alongside the General Management. * Job stability within an established and growing company. * Opportunity to positively impact organizational culture. * Professional environment focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
