We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, and organizational development, assuming direct responsibility.

We are a consulting firm specialized in Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting services, and we are currently looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** to provide direct support to one of our clients.

**What will you do in this role?**
*Personnel Administration*
* Integration and control of physical and digital employee files.
* Support to employees (e.g., salary-related questions, benefits, etc.).
* Management of attendance incidents (vacations, leaves of absence, medical leave).
* Distribution of stamped payroll receipts for signature.
*Payroll*
* Updating personnel records in CONTPAQi Payroll (hires, terminations, and modifications).
* Submitting personnel actions to IMSS (via the responsible department).
* Validating attendance incidents prior to payroll closing.
*Recruitment*
* Recruitment and selection of operational staff.
* Posting job openings and conducting initial interviews.
* Tracking hiring processes.
*Organizational Development*
* Onboarding of new hires.
* Supporting training initiatives and workplace climate improvement.
* Promoting a positive work environment.
* Ensuring compliance with departmental administrative procedures.
* Organizing internal events and activities, including logistical support and coordination.
**HR Metrics Control and Analysis**
* Developing and monitoring KPIs to measure and evaluate employee performance.
* Generating monthly reports.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in personnel management.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related field (internship candidate or graduate).
* Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Basic–intermediate knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Experience with CONTPAQi Payroll is desirable.
* No mobility restrictions to PIQ.

**Work Modality**
* 3 days on-site at the client’s company (Querétaro).
