Job Summary: Ballesol is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join its team, providing support in resident hygiene, feeding, and overall well-being, ensuring their comfort and care at all times. Nursing Assistant Afternoon Shift: Mon\-Sun, 2:45 pm to 10:15 pm, 6 days off per month Main Responsibilities: \* Resident personal hygiene. \* Breakfast service, cleaning and preparation of utensils. \* Collection of residents' clothing for laundry, salon care, diaper changes, and reception and distribution of meals on the floor or in the dining room. \* Dining room setup. \* Assistance in food tray assembly. \* Removal of food trays from residents' rooms. \* General resident assessment. \* Snack service, resident walks, and assisting residents who cannot go to bed independently. \* Assisted transfers. \* Bed making. \* Organizing assisted residents' clothing in closets. \* Room rounds (medication administration and fluid intake monitoring). \* Reporting shortages of personal hygiene items and diapers to supervision. \* Monitoring residents under mechanical restraint, etc. Ballesol does NOT request payments or any type of confidential information—such as bank details or e\-signature—as a requirement for our selection processes.
