Learn more at www.averydennison.com. **Job Description** Position Objective: Ensure optimal equipment operation through technical adjustments and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities Follow internal work regulations and company-established safety requirements Adhere to and uphold Avery Dennison’s ethics and values policy Implement and promote the 5S methodology in your work area If assigned to any company brigade and/or committee, fulfill the corresponding activities Start up, shut down, and restart machines according to the production schedule. Adjust flexographic printing machine processes to prevent process defects (e.g., rotated position, lack of adhesion, damaged antenna cut) Document and monitor critical process parameters Escalate appropriate information to the Senior Process Engineer and your shift’s Team Leader as needed Identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related issues to maintain desired efficiency levels. Assist with machine changeovers (molds and materials) Perform general cleaning within the department/group and assist other areas as needed. Provide backup support for other production floor areas (material handling, inspection, and packaging) as needed.
