***Facilities Manager Industrial***
Responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of industrial facilities, leading maintenance activities, supplier management, budgetary control, safety, and infrastructure—ensuring compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety standards.
Requirements
* Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management within industrial plants or manufacturing environments.
* Experience managing suppliers and service contracts.
* Knowledge of:
* HVAC
* Electrical systems
* Preventive and corrective maintenance
* Safety and hygiene
* Civil protection
* General services management
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Budget management and cost control.
* Intermediate/advanced English (preferred).
* KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Supervise the operation and maintenance of industrial facilities.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and civil protection regulations.
* Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and general services suppliers.
* Manage infrastructure projects and operational improvements.
* Administer operating and CAPEX budgets.
* Implement energy-saving and operational efficiency strategies.
* Ensure plant operational continuity.
* Prepare reports, performance indicators, and action plans.
