Job Summary: At Ebunti, we are seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to operate, maintain, and evolve our cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and resolving critical incidents with a preventive approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain technological infrastructure for cloud services. 2. Resolve critical incidents as an advanced escalation level. 3. Ensure platform continuity, stability, and optimal performance. At **Ebunti**, we are looking for a **Senior Cloud Platform Engineer** responsible for operating, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and resolving high-impact critical incidents with a preventive and continuous improvement mindset. **Primary Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain the technological infrastructure supporting the company’s cloud services. * Participate in resolving critical incidents as an advanced escalation level. * Ensure platform continuity, stability, and optimal performance. * Execute planned infrastructure changes and track their successful implementation. * Document configurations, processes, and technical learnings. * Propose improvements to strengthen operations and prevent future incidents. * Collaborate with other technical teams by sharing analyses and best practices. **Profile** * Prior experience administering or providing advanced support for technological infrastructure platforms. * Solid knowledge of server environments, virtualization, storage, and networking. * Experience working with Linux systems in production environments. * Participation in on-call rotations or critical incident response. * Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. * Interest in documentation, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. **Specific Requirements:** * Willingness to travel * Availability to work outside standard office hours and on weekends Benefits: * Educational support * Medical expense insurance * Remote work Application Question(s): * Monthly Salary Expectation * Do you have experience administering virtualization platforms in production environments (e.g., VMware vSphere / VCF / NSX or equivalent)? * Have you been responsible for operating or troubleshooting critical infrastructure (hypervisor, network, or storage) when other support levels were unable to resolve the issue? * Have you worked directly with data center network infrastructure (routing, segmentation, firewalls, or connectivity with providers)? * Do you have experience participating in planned infrastructure changes (upgrades, maintenance, or migrations) in production environments?
