




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT technician to provide Level 1 support for users and services, manage assets, infrastructure and documentation, and perform maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Level 1 IT support for users and services. 2. Asset management, change control, and IT infrastructure. 3. Physical and preventive maintenance, and vendor support. Required Knowledge: LAN and WAN networks; wireless networks; operating system support, primarily Microsoft Windows and Apple; analog and IP telephony; Microsoft 365 services; basic computer equipment support and repairs; printing support. Activities: Provide Level 1 support and assistance to users and IT services. Manage assets and change control. Configure IT services managed by higher-level personnel. Manage IT infrastructure. Document user requests. Plan and execute physical and preventive maintenance. Support and coordinate with vendors in collaboration with higher-level personnel.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 34 years
