We are looking for a leader with operational vision and a results-oriented mindset to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our logistics and last-mile operations. **What are we looking for?** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, traffic management, and freight transportation * Proven experience in last-mile operations * Experience managing operational staff and unionized drivers * Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and distribution * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills * Familiarity with routes, restrictions, and federal regulations * Analytical ability and numerical reasoning * Proficiency in using dashboards and logistics KPIs **Key skills** * Leadership and decision-making * Assertive communication * Strategic planning * Working under pressure * Conflict resolution * Teamwork * Results orientation * Proactivity and dynamism * Excellent service attitude * Analytical thinking and operational focus **Main responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise logistics operations and last-mile distribution * Ensure adherence to the operational cycle and status tracking * Supervise routes, deliveries, and service timeframes * Monitor fuel consumption, fleet status, and mechanical condition of vehicles * Implement continuous improvement strategies across the supply chain * Identify opportunities for improvement using KPIs and dashboards * Coordinate communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments * Supervise punctuality, attendance, and performance of operational staff * Prepare reports and KPIs for management What we value in you We seek an organized, solution-oriented, and strategic individual capable of leading operational teams and making data-driven decisions to maintain an efficient and profitable operation.
