Job Summary: Construction Manager responsible for the comprehensive development and coordination of medium- to high-complexity architectural projects, from design through client and authority follow-up. Age: Between 35 and 55 years old Required Experience: 5 years in managerial positions and 10 years in developing medium- to high-complexity architectural and executive projects (public and private). Responsibilities: Development of architectural and executive projects. Development of executive projects. Creating architectural drawings and renders. Acting as an intermediary between the architectural services offered by the company and client service. Understanding the projects to be coordinated, their requirements, and status. Monitoring all project phases. Ensuring efficient project design to maximize land utilization. Managing and coordinating construction, remodeling, building, finishing, tile work, ceiling installation, wall construction, window systems, doors, furniture, sanitary fixtures, etc. Managing and coordinating construction discrepancies to meet the schedule and deliverables for all construction tasks performed within the defined scope of work and agreed specifications. Ensuring effective project documentation for submission to budgeting and construction departments. Ensuring the design of model homes or model projects and access imagery. Monitoring and tracking delivery commitments with clients. Leading and documenting client meetings for project follow-up. Ensuring compliance of the project with standards stipulated in the master plan for governmental authority approval. · Software knowledge and proficiency: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel; AUTOCAD, Revit, Blender, Civil CAD, Excel. We offer: Salary of $45,000 to $50,000 MXN per month (tax-free) + Statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM Location: Andares-Zapopan, Jalisco.
