Due to business growth, we are looking for a committed, organized, and highly responsible Payroll Manager who can ensure accurate payroll process management and control. Position: Payroll Manager Location: Downtown Guadalajara Company: LINK BITS Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed). Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a Payroll Manager handling payroll preparation and administration. Solid knowledge of: IMSS, SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT portals. Payroll Tax calculation. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience using NOMINPAQ. High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Experience managing multiple Employer Registration Numbers. Main Responsibilities: Weekly/biweekly payroll preparation and calculation. Employee registration, termination, and modification submissions to IMSS. Tax determination and fulfillment of employer obligations. Incident tracking and reconciliation (absences, disabilities, vacations, leaves). Personnel file administration and document control. Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries. Calculating and processing severance payments, liquidations, and annual adjustments. Preparing reports for internal and external audits.
