Job Objective Manage and coordinate the administrative and operational activities of the branch, ensuring proper functioning of internal processes, resource control, customer service, and achievement of sales, service, and operational targets set by the company. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily branch operations. * Coordinate administrative and operational staff. * Monitor sales, invoicing, and customer service. * Supervise merchandise receipts and shipments. * Validate inventories and ensure warehouse control. * Coordinate inter-branch transfers. * Supervise cash closing and deposits. * Monitor accounts receivable and collections. * Ensure compliance with internal policies. * Coordinate personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, leaves). * Maintain constant communication with administrative departments and management. * Supervise branch order, cleanliness, and security. * Prepare administrative and operational reports. * Monitor suppliers and general branch services. * Ensure efficient and professional customer service. Specific Administrative Functions * Review daily invoicing. * Control branch expenses. * Monitor payments and minor purchases. * Manage documents and files. * Prepare sales reports and performance indicators. Operational Functions * Supervise warehouse and inventory. * Validate deliveries and merchandise receipt. * Coordinate internal logistics. * Monitor operational incidents. Human Resources Functions * Track staff attendance. * Monitor discipline and policy compliance. * Support onboarding and training of new hires. Job ProfileEducation * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field (preferred). Experience * Minimum 2 years in branch administration, operations, or similar roles. * Experience managing personnel. * Preferred experience in auto parts, warehouse, or customer service industries.
