We seek a responsible, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting internal users, and maintaining the institution’s computing equipment and technological tools in optimal condition. Main Responsibilities: * Provide on-site technical support to internal users. * Diagnose and repair failures in computing equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on institutional hardware. * Install and configure computers, printers, and peripheral devices. * Maintain control and inventory of technological equipment. * Document incidents, solutions, and follow-ups in internal systems. * Prepare technical reports on equipment status. * Train users on the proper use of tools and equipment. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical incidents. Requirements: * Experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, or user assistance. * Knowledge of hardware diagnosis and repair. * Proficiency with Windows operating systems. * Experience installing and configuring computers and peripherals. * Basic knowledge of networks, printers, and connectivity. * Ability to document incidents and track follow-ups. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and problem-solving focus.
