With presence in **Mexico, Brazil, and the United States**, we become your strategic partner that optimizes every process—from storage to end-to-end CEDIS management—**delivering trust and proven results on every project.** We are currently seeking a **TEMPORARY Global Project Engineer for 6 MONTHS**, to work with one of our clients. **Team Introduction:** The Operations Engineering function manages the execution and testing/commissioning of the full scope of CapEx equipment. This is typically in the form of MHE (Material Handling Equipment). Exceptions include infrastructure/utility equipment (transformers, HVAC, etc.) managed by D\&C, and Robotics, which handles AR equipment. The Operations Engineering team also works closely with Solutions Engineering, which manages equipment design and procurement processes. Together, these teams are responsible for the entire lifecycle of CapEx equipment scope for launches, modernizations, and new building conversions. **Functional Skills:** · Minimum 3 years’ experience with complex automated material handling equipment, technologies, and packaging systems—including robotics and high-speed manufacturing. Similar experience in engineering or project management in other industries may be considered. · Minimum 3 years’ construction experience—building permits and compliance, site safety, construction coordination, and construction methodologies. · Ability to read and interpret technical documentation: engineering drawings, specifications, and manuals. Understanding of Australian standards and regulatory requirements. · Experience with Autodesk products (AutoCAD and Navisworks) is beneficial. Engineering Project Management: · Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while influencing, negotiating, and communicating effectively with business partners, contractors, and internal and external suppliers. · Clear communication, project planning, and budget management. · Capable of communicating ideas effectively to achieve appropriate outcomes for both the project and the client. Seeks diverse perspectives, listens to opinions, and is willing to pivot if it leads to a better result. Harmonizes conflicting viewpoints and leads resolution of contentious issues (builds consensus). · Supplier management—contract administration, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, escalation management. **Leadership Principles:** Go Deep: Stay connected to project and program details and understand how different groups or systems interrelate, as well as someone who can gather data to solve even difficult problems. Deliver Results: Must be able to prioritize and deliver the most critical business outputs. Requires regular communication regarding project status.
