If you seek growth, stability, and a professional work environment, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** · Network administration and security. · User administration and support. · Server administration, both on-premises and cloud-based. · Email account configuration (Google/Outlook). · Software and hardware maintenance. · Backups. · CCTV management. · Switch management. · Backup unit management. · Access Point administration. · Time clock administration. · Telephony. **Skills:** · Monitoring and control. · Customer service. **Requirements:** · Degree in Systems Engineering or related field (completed or incomplete). · Prior experience in systems and technical support (3 years). · Knowledge of Fortinet Firewall, Trellix (McAfee) security platform, ISO-9001-2015, and service-oriented attitude. **We Offer:** · **Salary** of $19,000.00 to $22,000.00 gross monthly (based on experience). · **Savings fund**: $130 weekly. · **Grocery vouchers**: $800 monthly. · **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. · **Professional training and development**. · **20 days of Christmas bonus**. · **Location**: Calle 5 #530, Industrial Zone, Guadalajara, Jalisco. *Between Calle 30 and Calle 28.
