REQUIREMENTS: Degree: **Food Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Pharmacy (QFB), Industrial Engineering.** RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Production planning and scheduling, including internal and external contract manufacturing. ● Purchase orders for certain raw materials. ● Closing of production orders (OP). ● Reconciling inventory and raw materials with production scheduling. ● Direct contact and coordination with the production department (personnel). ● Delivery of batch-related documents (OP, requisitions, manufacturing records, area identification labels, barcodes per box, etc.). ● Inventory management for the weighing area, as well as for PB shake proteins and carnitine. ● Product and flavor development for contract manufacturing. ● Creation of batches for new products and returns. ● COFEPRIS compliance. ● Receiving raw materials according to required certificates and specifications.
