As a Tier-1 automotive supplier, our team is dedicated to delivering defect-free components and systems to our OEM partners through a robust quality management system and a culture of continuous improvement. **What can you expect as a Process Quality Engineer?** Ensure that the production line under your responsibility operates in accordance with quality system standards and procedures. Incorporate specific customer requirements into the standards applicable to your area of responsibility. Lead the analysis, resolution, and verification of actions arising from non-conformities or incidents involving customers, providing timely and appropriate responses. Follow up on validations and verifications aimed at enhancing process robustness (capability) within your areas of responsibility. Monitor process audits (e.g., Layered Process Audits, cross-functional audits, poka-yokes, non-recurrence audits, etc.) aimed at continuously maintaining and improving your areas of responsibility. Serve as the communication channel with the customer. Provide feedback and participate in updating and improving quality system procedures and standards for production lines, based on improvement opportunities identified through your activities. **Your Profile as a Process Quality Engineer:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical-Metallic Engineering, Exact Sciences, or related field. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. +1 year of experience. Core Tools. Problem-Solving Analysis.
