




Job Summary: Maintenance, configuration, and technical support of equipment for clients, including training and incident management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to train customers on system usage **Responsibilities**: * Maintain the configuration designed for the client * Verify that no files exist outside the client's configuration * Assemble equipment and pick up goods * Create tickets when providing on-site or remote support * Perform physical maintenance every 3 months on loaned equipment * Deliver equipment * Install IRC for agreement-based clients and label the identifier * Train the client on how to request support **Requirements**: * Customer service experience * Completed technical high school education * Advanced knowledge of Windows * Knowledge of software and hardware * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license preferred **Conditions**: * Salary: $12,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday half-day remote work * Work location: Chapalita Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
