You will contribute to the growth of our technology solutions and help drive technical excellence across the organization. **Responsibilities** * Establish and implement guidelines, standards, and processes to maintain high code quality * Monitor adherence to coding standards and software development best practices * Perform code reviews to ensure consistency and reliability * Provide support to developers and engineers in troubleshooting complex issues * Evaluate and review system designs and development plans * Participate directly in the development of essential components and frameworks * Build, improve, and sustain system modules * Collaborate with stakeholders from Executive, Product, Enablement, and Design teams * Identify technology challenges, resolve issues, and communicate proactively * Recognize critical dependencies early and work towards their resolution * Take part in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and retrospectives * Estimate tasks and deliverables for sprint planning * Define and maintain the Definition of Ready (DOR) and Definition of Done (DOD) * Manage dependencies between teams * Prepare and share basic sprint reports **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing front\-end applications and APIs * Proficiency in Spring Boot for building robust Java applications * Experience with Spring Batch for processing large volumes of data * Knowledge of Spring Integration for connecting systems and services * Familiarity with Spring Data JPA for database access and management * Strong skills in Java and related technologies * Excellent communication and presentation abilities for effective collaboration * Experience in client\-facing roles, engaging directly with customers and stakeholders * Well\-developed organizational and structuring skills for managing tasks and projects * Capability to handle ambiguity and create clear frameworks and processes * Keen attention to detail in all aspects of development * Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring teams * Understanding of agile methodologies, people management, and process improvement * Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Background in financial services, providing insight into industry\-specific requirements * Experience with APIs and integration, enabling seamless connectivity between systems * Knowledge of solution architecture for designing scalable and efficient technical solutions
