




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise administrative processes, manage relationships with strategic clients, identify business opportunities, ensure service quality in training activities, and lead the operational team. Identification of business opportunities and assurance of service quality. **Requirements** * Age: 34\-40 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: Engineering / Bachelor's degree. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics, billing, payment management, and customer service. * Essential knowledge in training-related topics. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise administrative processes within the department, including billing, payments, and budgetary control. * Prepare proposals, quotations, and executive reports for clients and management. * Coordinate the hiring, scheduling, and evaluation of external instructors. * Manage relationships with strategic clients and partner educational institutions. * Identify business opportunities and ensure quality in training services. * Supervise the operational team and promote continuous improvement in internal processes. * Generate work schedules for the operational team. * Verify correct issuance of DC\-3 certificates in accordance with applicable regulations. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days' pay. * Performance-based bonuses.
