We are looking for a **Sales Trainer** with experience in commercial training, responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sales training programs. The position aims to strengthen the sales team’s skills, product knowledge, improve performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives. Conduct training needs assessments with each department and identify gaps. B. Build up the Master Training Plan according with training needs and budget. C.
