**Job Opening: Production Supervisor** A **concrete products company** is seeking a **Production Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of production processes, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and scheduled timeline standards. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering (degree holder or intern). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in the construction field. * Experience in welding processes. **Courses and/or Certifications:** * DC3 Welding Certification. * Course or training in material batching. **General Competencies** * Personnel management and supervision. * Effective interdepartmental communication. * Organization and planning. * Strong sense of commitment and responsibility. * Problem-solving ability. * Results-oriented work ethic. **Professional Competencies (Technical Knowledge)** * Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. * Welding knowledge. * Knowledge of GRC / GRFC. * Knowledge of concrete mix design and batching. **Key Responsibilities and Functions** * Review engineering drawings and technical specifications prior to initiating production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements. * Supervise the accurate fabrication of reinforcement cages according to approved drawings and specifications. * Verify product quality and precision at each stage of the production process. * Assign and supervise production personnel activities, optimizing the use of human and material resources. * Distribute drawings to area supervisors, ensuring they possess the necessary information for correct task execution. * Promptly identify, coordinate, and resolve production-related issues to prevent delays. * Organize and prioritize timelines for each production stage to ensure on-time delivery. * Supervise and ensure adherence to quality standards across all production phases. * Collaborate with the Human Resources Department in recruitment and selection processes, participating in interviews to assess technical and operational competencies. * Ensure the workplace remains clean, orderly, and safe by supervising lighting, ventilation, and safety conditions. * Supervise and manage working hours and schedules of assigned personnel in accordance with company policies. * Prepare and complete weekly reinforcement cage production reports, recording quantities and progress. * Ensure concrete mixing complies with specified batching procedures and applicable quality standards.
