**Job Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience as a security guard (industrial experience preferred). * Availability for a **fixed day shift (12 hours)**. * Minimum education: high school diploma. * Professional appearance, punctuality, and service-oriented attitude. * Basic knowledge of logs and access control. * Preferably with verifiable employment references. **Job Objective:** To safeguard the company’s facilities, personnel, vehicles, and assets through continuous surveillance, access control, and adherence to established security procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control access for employees, visitors, and suppliers (registration, identification, and authorization). * Verify entry and exit of vehicles, materials, and tools. * Conduct periodic patrols of facilities, courtyards, and production areas. * Maintain logs of incidents, occurrences, and daily records. * Verify compliance with internal security policies. * Perform **bag and personal belongings inspections** for employees during **entry and exit**, following internal guidelines and respecting inspection protocols. * Inspect seals, doors, locks, and critical access points. * Immediately report suspicious activities or unauthorized individuals. * Support Human Resources in attendance controls (employee entry/exit).
